Have you fallen in love before?

Have you ever fell heads over heels, fell so deeply that you thought the earth actually stopped spinning and we forgot to breathe. That you thought the world just froze because you two were together? No this is not the "have you ever" song by the saints jamming the airwaves back in 1998 nor is it a fairy tale story which ends with 'happily ever after'.

Yesterday Gary RZ and i were just reminiscing the days when we were in secondary school, when we liked a girl, and dingdongdingdong, and somehow we just smiled to ourselves the whole time, knowing that the girl that we liked, somehow liked us back. Whether we were thinking too much or not, is another matter altogether, but feel silly now, knowing that we thought that the world will somehow evaporate and we can just hold hands and everything will be ok.

well, i have had that feeling before. When I thought that was it, when I thought, hey, this is it. I shall stop looking and stick to this one, and i shall work hard to make it work. But no. It doesnt usually happen that way. Sometimes God is a very cute comedian. He jokes and he has plans. Yeh. The so called plans are always hidden, and we were given the choice and freedom to exercise options and rights. True.

I believe that everything is in our hands. I believed. I had faith. I trusted. I learnt to confide in events which I cannot control, have a little optimism ( thx to damon ), learnt to see the brighter side of thing, learnt to say ( Alex, you can do it, God is with you ), Ya. I have been there. Learnt that if i dwell and whine over events that I cannot control, I will screw up the events which I can control too.

Is there still hope in ---- ? I pray that you still believe that ---- makes the world go round. Man will fall to its knees because of ----. As God has made us the only creatures on earth to have deep emotions, i believe that's a start. We just have to have a little faith. Right ?

Recently I have lost about sgd 750 in penalty to my clients because I was unable to meet the deadlines of projects. I offered them because I feel that it's unfair for them, to delay the projects without a solid reason. stil have not prepared the SOP and workflow for projects.

Honfai from Germany asked me to go Egypt. Just the two of us. Wondered how come he would ask me.. And also, he's also interested to join my business. He's got experience with marketing etc at the Daimler group. He's graduating same time as me. Honfai was my secondary school friend, who excelled in Starcraft, and the 9 subjects in school. Have always been fighting for the #1 and #2 spot with him in class. He's gg to graduating as an engineer soon. Good stuff.

Well time flies. It does. NUS has come and gone. Still remember the first day I went down to NUS. I froze that moment when I went down to the business school, for the interview. It flew by me. And i have met the most wonderful ppl in every phase of my life. God has been generous. He has sent me some key figures and made them stay with me, despite of who I am. Who am i - that's the question, and it's going to be answered by others when I leave this world, for good.

My grad trip will be a day out with gary ong. mount faber and the sentosa beach. Looking forward.
